Green Leaf Zone serves the Los Angeles City and its neighboring provinces, both commercial and residential customers, city and county governments, property managers, HOAs, and schools.

Currently, the company is under contracts of Brush Clearance, Weed, Refuse Abatement with the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) and Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) and, has been in contact with the Department of Recreation and Parks (LADRP), and The J. Paul Getty Trust (GETTY).

The company hired Mr. Yosef Shalev as Responsible Managing Employee (RME). Mr. Shalev has over thirty years of experience in the fields of Brush Clearance, Weed and Refuse Abatement, Tree Service, and Landscape. He holds the position of Operations Manager in the company. Mr. Shalev obtained Contractor State License C-61 / D49 – Tree Service and C27 – Landscaping.

Mr. Shalev manages all aspects of daily work from planning, implementing & safety. He also ensures that staff is trained in brush clearance methods and are following standard operating procedures to ensure safe work practices. Part of Mr. Shalev responsibilities is to interact professionally with the public & City Staff, inspecting work in progress to ensure that work conforms to contract specifications.

Green Leaf Zone is also proud to have David Bohacec, who has over fifteen years of experience in physical maintenance and handling of trees, shrubs, vines, and other perennial woody plants.

Mr. Bohacec is a member of The International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). He is accredited in the following:

• ISA Certified Arborist
• ISA Certified Arborist Municipal Specialist
• ISA Certified Arborist Utility Specialist
• ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification

Additionally, Mr. Bohacec has an extensive background in Brush Clearance Codes and has a vast knowledge of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties Fire Code Regulations.

Green Leaf Zone employs some of the most experienced workforces who worked in the field for a long length of time. To name a few, Mr. Jose Argueta, a Tree Worker Climber Specialist with twenty years’ experience, Mr. Leonso Abel Rodriguez, Field Supervisor, Estimates & Sales with twenty years’ experience, Ms. Carolina Jimenez, Office Manager & Project Coordinator with sixteen years’ experience. By this, the company accumulated tens of years of experience which reflects in its proficiency and operation.

Green Leaf Zone maintains a prominent level of safety measurements & training, in accordance with the Cal/OSHA and keeps up to date with the latest techniques and equipment.
